All products made by Bespoke Henna Gifts are hand decorated with acrylic paints and rhinestones.

 

The designs may last for years dependent on how the products are handled. BHG advise products to be kept at room temperature to get a longer life out of them.

 

BHG recommend that candles and glassware be used for display purposes only.

 

All candles and gifts are bespoke, made with your choice of colours and your message, making it your perfect gift.

 

All products will be individually wrapped before being sent to you.

 

HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER AND MAKING PAYMENTS

 

There is various ways to place an order, either via private message on one of our social media pages (facebook, instragram) or sending us an email on info@bespokehennagifts.co.uk or by calling on the mobile number provided.

 

Please make sure you order in advance to received your personalised gift(s) in time.

 

Delivery charges may apply and will vary dependent on weight. Also note that the order will need to be signed for upon arrival.

 

Please note that once your order is processed you cannot cancel it.

 

We do not issue refunds. If a product is damaged or faulty you will need to send it back and BHG will happily resend another product.

 

Once you have placed your order stating which product, colour and message you require you will receive an invoice with the price (incl p&p), which will then need to be paid prior to BHG completing your order. This invoice will also state an estimated timescale of how long it will take to complete and post your gift.
